Is patient data stored?

No. RadReport is de-identified by design. We never store patient-identifiable information. All report content is user-scoped and encrypted.

Which RADS systems are supported?

ACR TI-RADS, EU-TIRADS, K-TIRADS, C-TIRADS, Lung-RADS, BI-RADS, LI-RADS, PI-RADS, Bosniak, and Fleischner templates.

How does scoring work?

RADS scores are calculated deterministically by code, never by the LLM. The system generates report prose, and our system cross-checks the code-calculated score against any LLM-suggested score, flagging discrepancies.

Can I use my own LLM?

We currently support Claude (Anthropic) and GPT-4o (OpenAI). You can switch between them in Settings. Custom model support is on our roadmap.

Do I need PACS integration?

No. RadReport runs as a browser tab alongside your existing PACS/RIS. Generate a report, copy to clipboard, paste into your system. Zero IT involvement.
